At Absolutely Ridiculous®, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our functional art. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our facility.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
